A Souvenir Gift Ticket is a printed, personalised, Hogwarts-inspired letter which includes instructions of how to redeem a gifted Studio Tour visit. It can be posted to you or sent directly to the gift recipient.

To gift a group or family you can select up to six tickets, only one Souvenir Gift Ticket will be sent. To receive more than one Souvenir Gift Ticket, please book each ticket as a separate transaction.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London gift tickets are undated and the recipient will need to redeem within 12 months from date of purchase. All bookings are subject to availability and we’d recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Souvenir Gift Tickets can be redeemed online 72 hours after purchase.

Carer tickets can be added to a booking, once redeemed, by contacting our Visitor Services Team.
